Detecting parts
This part is our part of the test to detect tetracycline in the environment. Because E. coli is not tolerant to tetracycline,
we introduced a resistance mechanism to expand its tolerance to tetracycline, which can be detected at a wider concentration
of tetracycline. The ABS value of E. coli was determined by comparing with that of E.coli. The results showed that the highest
concentration of tetracycline was 10μg/ml in E.coli and 110μg /ml in E.coli.

The following picture shows the contents of NKU_China’s and our collaboration. Repeated two experiments at 0.2% inoculation
level, the MIC value of detection parts can also be measured to show that detection parts are tolerable.
""
Moreover, the tetracycline concentration detected by the detection parts can be as low as 0.005 μg/ml, the detection performance
is more stable and the detection accuracy is higher.
